its not that hard but you must know that there are some requirements such as domain,hosting,good content,traffic generation ..etc

while adsense itself is easy,you get the code and paste in your site ,however by time you will find that its a sea of experiences which is never ending .
Well once you are into it, you will enjoy your work and money... Hard work pays everyone knows but in internet hard work in right field pays you more.
