Devesh,its not hard at all .
you just need to have an experience in any field ; forex , affiliate marketing , adsense ,... etc

Please suggest some to get prepared for these things. I mean how to learn these things and how to gain experience... if you can suggest some ways..

It depends on you ,, if you like SEO, Coding , scripts .. then you can start a site and earn from it .
if you like forex then you must read some books to understand well how everything is going , howto analyze , when and how to exit and how to minimize the loss ...etc
