I think we shouldn't invest our money on internet. mostly because we don't know who is the admin. and running away can be easily done by scammer.

Well the only way you can earn without investing is exploring for more programs ...
Programs like PPC, Article writing, Site promotion ... Don't require you to invest.
But again without investing earning is extremely hard initially you will not get anything but patience prevails ...

PTC is a bet example ... Without investing it is hard to earn there, but you can try harder in getting referrals by your own ... Then you will be rewarded eventually
