Well with debit card he can't do anything paypal only accept international Credit card that will versified from top credit card issuer like master card, visa card as PP have their own toss and their system is upto date f anyone try to add Debit card it get declined !
Well, only few countries including Indian members cannot use their debit cards to verify PP, but people from USA and some other countries, can use their debit cards to verify their bank accounts.
