My account is unverified too at paypal I have my eon visa card already I hope I wont have problem with paypal..soon i will verify it.

well if you have a visa card, why don't you verify your account? I mean what is the problem?

You not only have a visa card, it should be a visa verified credit card. With visa verified debit card, you can't do anything with PP.
