you can only verify your account with US Bank Accounts, you cannot use any other countries bank accounts to get verified.

Or there is always an option of Credit Card.

i have also added my bank account in paypal but that does not mean verifying your account.to verify the account you have to add a credit card to your account.i think that you can verify using the VCC too but i am not sure about this.

yes you can but it is against the PayPal rules, if they find out that you are using VCC, they will limit your account...

Yes paypal can limit our account if we use VCC for verification but after adding VCC we must upload document for verification.

Well after adding VCC for verification still my account is limited and we just like our credit to PP and they need hard copy of our ID and address proof till that they limit our account....

Well they already did so with me without adding any CC or VCC to my account, soon after that I uploaded the documents and get my account lifted from limits...

You can be verified user in paypal by adding your debit/ credit card. Both are accepted. Well if you have bank account then surely you would be having debit card. Try to be verified by using that.

No nick paypal doesn't accept verification through debit cards because when the card is linked to your account, the account shouldn't run out of balance. In a way your card is your pp account and if run below limits they will limit your account.
Credit cards dont have that problem.

Friend, even I thought we can't verify our accounts by adding our bank details, but some people are claiming their accounts got verified by adding just bank details. They didn't use any debit or credit card to verify their accounts. Does that mean paypal policy is different for different countries?

I don't think so because as far as I know paypal only get verified through cc and some selected debit cards depending on the country. Or maybe, paypal accepts the bank account those people entered. That's possible.

Friend I think this facility is there only for USA people. I mean USA people can use their just bank details to verify their accounts. There is no need for debit or credit cards. Even they can transfer funds from their banks into paypal easily.

Yeah, it's true. People who have USA bank account can verify and transfer fund from their banks to PayPal. Even I cannot add funds from my credit cards (it makes me wonder why did they need my credit card to verify my account back then). I already confirm that to PayPal supports and that's what they said. The only option (at least from my country) is only through USA bank account.
