You can blog about anything you want. Like if you have created blog on your name then you blog up on anything which you like. No restrictions on that but you shouldn't do it because all the SEO says that your blog should be diverted to one keyword.

It's true but please do research about your site niche first.
If you make personal blog, then you can't get any advertiser.
But if you use make money online, there will be many advertiser on your site (adsense rules)

Alec is right if some body wants real money then one should start blog on hot topics people often searching for ,if some body will write about himself or his family he can't make any money or pull any visitors.

mostly, forex and make money is a hot topic. You can get $0.3 - $0.5 per click on adsense.
But, make sure you have much visitors.

Your blog should involve things of your interest because you have to keep it updated.

well, copy paste thing is not good, but if you give the source link, it's okay I think.

No source link copy/paste article also not allowed because it is easy to paste article and give the source ,one admin can't give you money for this.
