i'm using adbrite ,but minimum payout is $10 via check only.Another using ceo ads but dont know it is legit or not ,it is giving via paypal and egold ,minimum payout $10.

My Opinion
Adbrite- causes less problems but pay out needs 60 days and only via checks
bidvertiser- many people complaint about the site as they denied payment saying you made clicks yourself in your site. But their minimum payout is $ 10 and is by paypal

I can't think of any ppc or ppi having less than 10$ minimum payout.
bidvertiser is more popular than adbrite though many complain about bidvertiser. Why don't you try to use Google adsense?

I know only One Publisher site that paying Minimum $ % In E-Gold And That site is ObeousAds.
