Well I do not know that members are willing to pay 12$ for 9.80 LR. Anyways the fees are very less so I do not mind getting paid through ECU at WTH.
Well, in EMP forum there are some members who are ready to buy LR for PP even with high rates. Baiscally, those members are HYIP investors so they definitely need LR, and 2 $ extra means nothing to them, because every day they are loosing $10 to $15 in HYIP sites. Sometimes, they are earning $100 in one day. So they don't worry about rates.
