Currently rate are lowered to 2 cent for replay and 4 cent for thread till forum get any new sponsor i don't think admin will increase PTP rate.
as far about linda i don't know why he reject payout as all decision will be taken by Admin only...... but as i can see her 70% post are short means 1.5 lines that will be reason for declined payout.
