well more mods are not required as of now as the activity in the forum has drastically decreased.
I am not surprised... many members were and are disappointed by the low pay rates, specially those who were used to earn a lot due to the high pay rates.

Now it is a bit harder to earn more on the site, we have to make more posts to earn the same amount of money as we did before.
