You can exchange ECUMoney to LibertyReserve in SwapGold. The rate currently is $1 ECUMoney to $0.97 LibertyReserve with the minimum amount of $10 (so you will get $9.7 LibertyReserve if you exchange $10 ECUMoney). Making LibertyReserve is easy, you don't even have to verify your account.

Or if you don't want to make LibertyReserve account, you can exchange ECUMoney in WTH forum with other members. But you better be careful and find information about the person you will exchange with to avoid being scammed. You can see from their iTrade. If they have many positive iTrade, it can almost (but not necessarily) mean that they are trusted or you can see if they are active in WTH forum (actively online, but not only for spamming). If you want, you can exchange ECUMoney with me, but I can only offer you with the rate of $1 ECUMoney for $1 PayPal.

About that direct transfer to Indian banks, I heard about it, but because I'm not Indian, I cannot confirm it. But WTH admin already confirm in MMK that he offered service for Indian to directly exchange ECUMoney to Indian banks. About the rate, maybe you can ask other members who come from India or you may ask WTH admin directly.
