As an alternative, I will recommend 4goodhosting.com. Haven't had any problems. I can say that this is a very solid web host! Servers are very fast and stable. I never had any downtime since 2013. Customer service has been very responsive to my support tickets. They always answer my questions within few minutes. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable SSD VPS hosting solution.

I'm hosting two websites at kvchosting.com and I have never had a problem. Support is a genuine 24/7 and responses are always within a few minutes, often with a full solution. More complicated issues take a few hours but the solution arrives.
