Well renting referrals is much better because they can change them every month as soon as the period is finished. But if you buy referrals even if they are not active you cannot change them ...
you won't find that option at all ptcs ,, its only offered by some ptcs like neobux .. while generally all purchased referrals stay in your list as long as the site stays online
