actually i am not getting your question, is you are saying they can scam or hack ur site , anybody can do that, but i donot keep any money in my account.

if that happens not only forum owners but anyone can scam you and hack ur paypal id .

I think hackers can hack any account in amytime , it may be 4 bad or maybe 4 good reason.

googd reason means i saw some peoples hacking account of some journal sites to download journals which are of very high prices.

Well hackers are capable of doing anything.
Of you have not heard there are hacking / phising mails sent to you in the paypal which tell you that you have won a prize or there has been some update problem and they require your details to correct it. And when you click on the link they have given you will be directed to the page which they have created and once you enter your details thats all you have given them the official access to your account

yes you are right , i saw some paypal mail coming and if u open also the main paypal page they always warn us abt this.

Well usually webmasters won't scam you because most forum owners are here to make good business and not scam people.
