Nick, Pls clear our all question. If we r not paid from them then why we collect the points? Is there any option that indians can get exchanged it with money or some gift??

i also wonder if we can convert points into money and recieve it with any currency.

NO guys......Still I haven't been paid by them. Normally the payment will surely takes 2 month. For example you have earned 15$ by this month end then you will receive your payments 2 months after or even more.

I have seen people being paid by them...they are paying the people who have reached their payout of April.
