Just launched I would like to refer you to a new search engine

It collects search results from Google - Yahoo - MSN and displays the sites rank on each of these three search engines.

They give you credits which you can exchange for cash.

Goes like this
25,000 = $100
12,500 = $50
6,500 = $25
I have 360 points right now

Once you aggregate at least 6,500 points you can cash them out for a $25 Visa gift card...

They have their own search tool bar that you can install and there are a bunch more goodies on the way.
