Well it is not 2 month after member become premium member he just need to update that he become premium member and eligable for 5$ that's it after admin check his status he will pay him.

Well u can post in any section and it is not compulsory to post in one section only and after your name color change to Orange means u have become premium member just write down in premium members thread that u become premium member.
