This site is not a paid to post site, so no rate for posting. You only can earn through winning contest thre. The first contest that you take is the premium membership contest which giving you $5 or $3 for 120 posts. It is around 2.5 cents to 4 cents per post.
ohh no, really. I was not knowing about this thing. I thought it is a PTP and also there are many contest going on for the new members. So How old people are earning on this forum.. they also need to be active to won in the contest or they have some other rates for PTP.??

Well for me it is not possible to be more active but I will try to be more active and try to earn more money.
