No instead you get paid to create a thread there

Because as you are offering or looking for offers you need to compensate something to the forum so that is why the deduction is there. If not those sections would be flooded with people looking for referrals

Before creating a thread we should always bear in my mind that we should really search thoroughly for the existance of the site in the forum.
Because this is where most of the people get their infractions from. So better be careful if looking to create a topic

thats true. it is diffiuclt to avoid duplicate posts there.
the main reason is because that the site really allows people to post in other sections too

The duplicate threads are clearly monitered by the moderators.
I do agree that finding the duplicate thread is really difficult but it is better if we search with the URL rather than the name of the site

anyways, i really don't understand why some members just want to post thread for just one cent additional earning. and risk of getting infraction which cost about $2.50. ha ha.

what do you mean indieover ?
the thread gives you 4 cents not 1 cent .
and why should you get infraction ?!!
if you make good threads or posts then you wouldn't get any infraction .

yeah you get one cent more but the risk of getting an infraction of 2.5$ is always there ,so i avoid posting threads there.
