well this is a serious problem..the referranls will DEFINITELY get banned..theres no doubt in that..but lemon you should clarify this fact with the mods or CEO so that no action is taken against you.

Today I got a PM from one of the moderators that many of my referrals are from the same area and some are from same ip addresses. But I'm just promoting MMK in my blog and in other sites, so I wonder what can I do if my referrals make any mistake. I don't care if I don't get any referral bonuses, but I hope I will not get banned for the reason as it's not my mistake. Can you help me in this regard?

at least you already give the explanation here to mr.microsoft.
Your referrals which violating the rules will be banned for sure and you don't get any referral bonuses

well that is why i really don't like promoting any forums on the same country specially on near area near my place. cause that can be mistaken for some kind of cheating. that is why when i look for referrals i make sure that they are mostly from other countries. so that it will not going to raise any suspicions.

Sometimes this type of problems is unavoidable. As we may promote our referrals banner in our blog or in some friends community. Then your friend may join under you, but you may have a group of friends who are still students that staying together in campus or house that sharing a same internet line, so, the multiple user account in same IP will happened. I believe with explanation clearly to mod there, it should be fine.

no, you won't get banned. even your neighbor have different IP address.
So, MMK will accept them

I could not understand one thing. How is it possible that some of your referrals are from same IP address?
I think that you should reply this message and tell the fact. They may ban all such referrals but if you do not react, they may take action against you too.

Only one referral created 3 multiple accounts with same ip address and he was banned, and few referrals are from same area (hyderabad) though they are from different ip addresses. Moreover, these referrals are with 0 posts. I placed MMK referral link in one hyderabad community in orkut, so I have gotten that referrals from same area. I wonder what's wrong with it when they have different ip addresses. I really hate it. From now onwards I'm going to stop promoting MMK.

hey lemon, you won't get banned if your referral violating the rules.
You just not receiving the referral bonus, so don't stop promoting MMK

Your explanations of the situation is very clear and details. I think if you forward the same explanation to admin, he will surely understand and you will not have any trouble with it. Thanks for making it clear that when my neighbour has different IP address, his account will not be banned. I conclude that if the referrals sign up from the same IP address, then only their accounts will be banned.

lemon: I think that your referrals must have signed up from some cyber cafe. So their IP addresses are same.

Well, three user ids of my referrals were very similar like this "besnik5, besnik55, besnik7". So I understood this is created by the same person. And about hyderabad referrals, I put my referral link in one of the hyderabad communities in Orkut, so I understand some of my referrals are from the same area i..e hyderabad when the moderator wrote in one of the thread in MMK that referrals under the same person are from same area so it seems more of contractual referral to abuse MMK referral system. That the same moderator even PM'd me about the same.

i had some referrals but all of them were not active and i have never got prize for that.

I checked just now and payment hasn't started yet. Lemon got a message from one of the mods regarding his referral not the payment. And usually,they don't send out messages regarding payment. You just need to check the Payout section from time to time.

I am anxious for the payments to be started. I should get payments for my referrals (2 of them) too. I do not recall breaking any of the MMK rules, so it should be problems at payout. I should not receive any penalties or infractions

i think the mods are checking the requests meanwhile...but they might start processing in the next couple of days..that is hwy lemon got that message

I am not worried about the payment, as I know that they will be fulfilled and processed. I think that in the next couple of days they will be processed.

In this new month, I will try to make more money with them, try to make 20 paid posts every day, or at least almost every day!
