nick, i think elliotthn already post the rate per 1000 impression, it is very low rate.
But i think they accept international traffic.

One of my friend had added the banner and told me to visit his site but do you know my kaspersky anti virus blocked the site to open due to the trojan contains iframe banners so its not looking good.

It's Pay Per Install which usually contain malware

You are absolutely right you will find this types of problem with many new coming cpm publishers site they leave Trojans and Malwares to its users i have affected many times for this reason but finally purchased a kaspersky anti virus which always protect my system and specially cpm-traffic is a big scam site and its work is to leave such types of Trojans etc.....
