well, i think admin of this site is doesn't have experience in building PTC site.
When he notice that he can be bankrupt by setting that rate.
he keep decreasing the rate.

You have to see the market and act accordingly. The present PTC rates are between 1 cent to 2 cents, anything out of that range will be in trouble for the owner.

the one that really paying is ptc site with rate $0.001 per click.

I was fairly getting 8 ads per day to click on.

hmm so now they changed to 2 cents ,now mostly would change to 1 cent ,thatz what happens ,they either scam or decrease their rates ,and with only 8 ads its difficult to reach payout.

I just took a little survey in google - and allredy said to all of u friends that - Its a Scam site. Now all my friends agree with me.. :wink: pls don't waste ur time dear.
