I did have heard about .cn domains but did not know that you get one so cheap. How can they afford to keep it at such low prices ?

i think they want to be popular first or go for worldwide.
After that, thy will raise up their price

Ya you have a point there. But it will take a lot of time to get .cn domains popular because anything frm china is a bit suspicous for web admins nowdays.
