How to transfer?

I have $5 in my AlertPay account . but I want to treansfer it into my paypal account. Can anybody tell me how i will do that think? Pls reply me. Thanks in Advence.

well. seems most exchangers provide the exchange under a high fee to 20% or 25%, and they have the minimum exchange amount, if i in your position i will put it there to wait more money.

Well that is correct exchanger charge high fees for AP to PP exchange because of AP dollar don't have that much value plus we can't use it as we use LR and PP.... but if we search around we might get and good exchanger who will charge little fees.....

yes, just pay some patience to find one trustworthy and charge low fees. good luck.
