So I think he pays very fast in LR. Then why don't you request in LR? You can later exchange in paypal easily.
so the admin has LR funds . i will pm the admin and hope i can be paid by LR too. well i don't think that the admin can pay to our paypal other than by credit card which i am avoiding.
