I don't think there will be any fees if admin pay you via credit card to your paypal.
The fees are same if you're premier account holder.

Credit card payment does have fee .. and anyways premier members can accept innumerable CC payments where as standard members can receive only 5 per year..
That is why i don't accept CC payments from the admin
