Alertpay cannot send money less than $ 1

as alertpay allows to send and receive money if it is 1 usd for personal and business account ,many ptc sites have minimum payout at 1 usd in alertpay.ptc sites using alertpay cannot pay lowerthan 1 usd.i have personalaccount in alertpay but i have never earned any amount in alertpay account. its value is little less than paypal

yes the min transaction will be 1$ in alertpay,but i dont know why PP give 1 cent transaction as they should know that there is no product worth as 1 cent.
i think AP is reasonable.

well. i never heard about this becasue i only received 2 payments there and both are more than 1$.

Why alertpay made this rule?I use paypal and opened a alertpay account some days ago. By the way, it will be not a big problem for me. Usually I don't need to transfer less than $5.

It's true that minimum transaction amount for alertpay is $1. A few days ago I tried to transfer 0.30$ to one guy but I couldn't and a message popped up minimum transaction amount is $1.

hey..i also don't know the reason of this policy from alertpay. even till now i have yet to transfer money to others via alertpay.i often receive not send
