Alertpay cannot send money less than $ 1
If you want to send money to somebody with alertpay, make sure its greater than 1. I'd try to send $ 0.30 to somebody but error occured, the money must be greater than $ 1 then its will work.

alertpay is a very secure bank but its verification is too hard ..
once you verified then it should be the best for you to use , better than paypal and all others .

Well for a personal account you can send money less than 1$ too. Sending and receiving from a personal account is free.

it is obvious that there would be a fee involved in the transfer so to transfer the funds you must have transfer more than 1$.some amount would be deducted as a fee.

By the way I have a question can we transfer money from alertpay to a site even if our alertpay is not yet verified? I really do hope I can coz I will only use my alertpay to upgrade on sites.
