yup need to happened but i am not sure PP really block HYIP admin account if yes HYIP site will not PP as payment processor.
dont' invest in hyip with PP even if that hyip allows or accepts it. cause if paypal finds it out you might have your account locked or limited.
even paypal can't catch you by this case. that hyip program may scam you soon also. most people said if one hyip site using paypal. that means they will turn to scam pretty soon.
