When I was about to verify my credit card they said that they would charge 1.95 $ from my cerdit card and then we are supposed to write the four digit code which appears on the CC monthly statement. After that the verification process is complete and they pay you 1.95 $ in your paypal account.

there is no need to prepare any documents or what so ever, you just need to add your bank account in paypal and withdraw the money, you can even request a check from them.

I don't know about Russia but it is possible for India. The bank doesn't charges any commission. PayPal charges 50 INR for every transaction for withdrawing to bank.

It is very easy to add the account.SmartzKool

you will not be able to verify your paypal account with your debit card if you are from India. So try to manage a credit card and make attempt to verify the account. Good Luck!!

There would be no problem what so ever for doing that except providing the wrong details.

Well yeah, I don't think any other company will provide the money back if the details are wrong, this is a very good step by PayPal.

If you have a credit card, than no problem to verify your Paypal account. If you don't have a credit card, you need to get a prepaid card or virtual credit card, both are safe for online use.

using virtual credit card for paypal verification is risky as if you get caught by Paypal, your account will get limited.
