how to verify paypal account via VCC

as far as i know,its the same as verify using the real CC.
when u purchase a VCC somewhere in the internet,the seller should provide u the VCC info ( card no,expiring date...) and u just fill them in in paypal verification form.

thanks for sharing this information with me, actually I don't know how to verify the account via credit card,but I can search to find it.
I hope vcc is safe enough.
