I think the normal price for VCC is $7.
But i see someone offer $5, although that offer can be scam.
So, beware with someone who offer you VCC for cheap.

I don't see many important things that can be done by having a VCC ..

its commonly used in paypal,ebay verification for people who don't want to put their real credit card info / they don't have a credit card.
