what is the best price for VCC ?

I think the normal price for VCC is $7.
But i see someone offer $5, although that offer can be scam.
So, beware with someone who offer you VCC for cheap.

I don't see many important things that can be done by having a VCC ..

well, if I don't verify my paypal account once I send money via paypal for more than $500, I will not send money to other one again, but it is not urgently issue for me now, I have much time to compare the price and service.

well it is not really advisable to have a vcc. but if you insists. you can try there in nothing wrong. hope that you can really find the good vcc out there soon.
