I have different thinking, paypal do not accept in hyip cos their main activities is to support ebay as both of them is in same group of companies, they already get reputated for their good services,why still want to risking their good name to involve in hyiip?
The main reason behind not supporting hyip's is fraud nature of HYIP's only. Paypal does not wants to deal with 1000's of chargebacks and complaints and they cannot interfere in 1000's of matters while maintaing their functionality as a payment processor.
Yes, this is what i am trying to say, they reputated payment processor, it is no need to involve in those illegal online activities, as they can operates well in their current situation.

Well back to the topics, i still think getting payment in LR is easier compare with others as there are so much of hyips site supporting LR.
