yes. i guess there are much hyip related site/program need Lr so the value is higher than others.

yes of course exchangers will increase if the demand is high but there won't really be much difference in the rates as most of then charge between 10-20% .

well. if LR add one withdraw feature then those exchangers will lost their way to earn from exchange charges . someway LR let those exchangers to earn LR easily.
