No,Iam not that familiar with this site at all.What exactly is i t all about.Do you have any payment proof?? I have never heard before of this site, but it sounds appealing because of the such minimum payout via paypal. The $0.25 seems very low to me.

Any idea how much time would it take to reach that $0.25 minimum payout via paypal?

Their rate is $0.001 - $0.02 per click.
but there will be many $0.001 per click ads
