this site offer you to post in their customer forum.
so when they dont have any customer, you can't post anywhere.
campaign is their customer.

I do not think that anyone has been paid by this forum. Perhaps they do not have sufficient customers. In such cases, the earning opportunity is risritcted. If someone here has been paid, please share the information here.

I just tried to visit the site and the site is gone. A page from bluehost.com says

May be they have closed their service due to lack of campaigns. If the site comes back keep us informed.

sounds not bad offer, but if there are only a few compagin there, it might be hard to reach the min payout, even if the rate is not bad .
