today i receive an email from Matched and they said they have launched a new forum.so we can learn something important there right?

As a result of the popularity of matched.co.uk and the number of users we now cater for, the support inbox system has proven to be an inefficient method of answering user queries.

To remedy this, we are migrating to a moderated private forum system at forum.matched.co.uk, which should offer better support, a discussion community and a faster response time for our users.
