y not? as far as i know,they accept all international members as they stated in their FAQ page. Here,i have quoted it from their FAQ page

nice then there is no harm to join that site , but its hard to believe a site without seeing any payment proof.

10$ as the minimum payout?
that is very high minimum for such sites!!
the emails sites shouldn't have this huge minimum it will take alot of time to reach it with out refs and maybe that the refs also can's make the process easier it is very hard to join this site...
