    Default Difficulty with Alertpay account opening.

    I have signed up an account with Alertpay.
    Now when I am trying to log in it gives "invalid email or password".
    I tried through "forget your password" and "create new password" also but even after re-creating the password and then giving new password, it gives the same error.
    Can anyone guide me here? Thanks in advance.

    Devesh have you clicked correctly on confirmation mail. I am sure that you haven't. another thing have you correctly submitted your data ??

    Yes, I did clicked the confirmation mail and then on the page mentioned that I had correctly clicked the confirmation mail and I could log in. On the same page only I pushed "log in" button. and I got the log in page only to get the message that the address or password was not correct.

    well then maybe they are case sensitive .so check everything perfectly.i did not get any problems like this from alertpay

    double check with your password and email again
    if u are really sure that u have the right password n email, try contact Alertpay support. Your Alertpay might have been hack.

    You might have typed a different password while registering. I never faced such problems. I would suggest you to contact alertpay and get your account password resetted.

    i think so.Devesh should have typied a wrong password.and i have the same probelm before.however it does not matter for you can change your password by the system.

    I have also signed up an account with Alertpay. But I never have any problem with it. Its good for me. Pls try it once again.

    i see many people are complaining about alertpay .
    personally, i am one of them ,, what about you guys ?

    Just tell them that you forgot your password.They will send you a confirmation mail again and if it is showing that e mail is also invalid then check your address and password again.

    well. this thread is created on earlier last year and i wonder what the starter did to solve this problem ?
