to speak frankly, its not safe to get involved in get paid to install.
virus is one of the problem here.
so if u really want to get involved in this, u should always scan the programs first.
if ur good enough in computer, well removing these virus shouldnt be a problem or seek helps from professionals
( http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php they once fix my comp from virus )

I generally avoid these type of paid to program unless it is from a trusted company. Virus or malwares or spywares are common with these installs if it is from small unknown sites. Sometimes they also certain exe files in their packs that hampers windows smooth processing and also slow down the speed of PC.

Paid per install is safe if the site owned by honest person.
but there are less people like that.
Pay per install usually use some spyware (not virus) to track our computer.
and what i dont lik is, they make my computer slow.

i have not tried it but i really don't think it is really safe. any thing or any program that will require us to download us some things puts us at risk in getting those viruses.

I agree with the rest of the answer that it is not safe to do this pay per install. I get cought in this type of paid program before. My computer crash down and I lost all my data so if I were you really try to find a good one that has really good review and reputation.
Good luck
