well , thats the same question that i have asked before .
elliothen gussed that the active referral must make 100 posts at least so you can get the referral commission but i think 100 posts are really hard and takes alot of time for a newbie to end them .

once someone join under us, we will get 25 GC, and when our referral reach 30 post, we will get 250 GC, but if your referral not reach 30 post and he is not active, our GC will be deducted 25 GC (it's deducted from first 25 GC we get when someone join under us)
SO, we don't need to worry to get cheated by MMK.

I see that 250 GC are nice amount per referral when each one make only 30 posts .. in that case i can get about 100 referrals or more who can make 30 posts but if only ceo accepts to pay through other payment processors like : e-gold , liberty or altergold .
