i don't know about the rate. but i usually just exchange with other member. i think the rate from ag to lr is 10:7LR with other members.

there is nothing really you can do except to sell your points to other people and request in their paypal account and be paid in egold or lr instead.

at least the admin allows those exchanges. it is better than nothing.
