Well moustafa if you contact the admin of paypal/e-gold/ LR then will ask for all details like what was your security questions/Answer, etc., etc., so If you answer it correctly then your account is back to you. I don't how they do this internally and I feel no one would be knowing this .

so its really important to remember the security question and answer.

but don't you think that if one steals the account , can't change all my information ?

i doesn't mean that, it always depend on hacker how he hacks...if you provide what ever details required to them then they can provide account back to you.

i had been hacked for hundreds of times when i started making money online.i only used egold at that time.
and after that i tried to install antivirus softwares but with no use.and now i do not use those antivirus any longer.for i know how to avoid them now.

yes , but this is strange to let your pc unsafe , you should make your pc safer .
