Suppose if we forget to renewal our domain and simultaneously can that will be allocated to other member or will be available untill I renewal it ??

There is a grace period after domain expired during which the domain owner can renew it. If it's .com, .net, .info, .biz, .cc, .org then the grace period is 40 days.

i'm sure you will get notification before your domain names expire.
but if you dont take any action, your site will be expired.

well it is really good to know about that notification about those domain after we have not renewed our subscription. well at least when i buy domain i will know when i have forgotten to renew when my subscription.
