It is a human powered search engine. So basically this site will select a few great links for a specific search term which is very accurately reflect that specific search term. People who join this site can select a specific search term to work with and when the SERP (search engine result page) already approved get $10 per page. There are lengthy FAQ about this SERP in the site if you want to read that.

If you sign up as a guide there, you can select a specific search term to work. You will be given a week time frame to make a page containing links to that specific search term that will be subject to approval by them (SERP). Once your SERP page approved you will be credited $10 for that page. You can work on as many search term as you want but only one at a time until approved.

I think that it will be worth trying. If it pays you something for learning and when you have learnt that thing, got the payment for that, you can always use that knowledge elsewhere to earn more.

Well I would like to say that every forum has limitation, this also has too. You can't expect big things and ideas all at once although it provides long & detailed instruction on how to make a SERP.
