i visited that site but totally confused about that site , whats about actually the site is , is it online payment processor like paypal.

yes,its a new payment processor,although it sounds more like a bux site.
its kinda new,so i think theres only few sites that accept buxpay.

i see it is a little different from common bux sites
there are no details about how value per click and minimum payout

The site is not at all pay per click or money making site. It may pay for referrals. But actually it is a payment processor, I knew some 2-3 sites more which are of same design. These sites sprouted after the paypal problems with PTC. No one is trusted atleast i can't find any track record of them.

u mean that there are few payment processor out there that looks just like this one? thats bad. we really should stick to "older" payment processors like paypal and e-gold.
