microsoft i have reported a transcation as i was scammed by 16 $ and provided the proof and i was having as long problem and it didnt respond me and i think alertpay is the easiest processor for scammer as scammer can easily do a charge back

well. so have you received your chargeback money already?
paypal also have the same charge back feature so some scammer use this feature to scam others also. it's really that alertpay should be more carful when dealing with those chargeback.

i am not doing a chare back my money was scammed by some one who i met in EMF so i xchnaged siunce he has good itrader and he has scammed me i have reported the problem to alertpay if they reply me in 5-6 days then i will have hope if not no hope

Many cheaters make use of these charge back policy to cheat members money especially in money exchange services among members. It is really risky to exchange money with those people that you don't know, better exchange with famous members here.
