I think the safer way of doing exchange with AP is waiting about 48 hours first before sending the money to them, to prevent those scammer from doing charge back. Another way is quickly transfer out the money from one AP account to another AP account to prevent refund too.

I don't think that we are allowed to have multiple accounts in alertpay. What if they find it out?

Of course i think no payment processor accepts multiple accounts. I have normally send my AP account balance to my brother AP account. Where his account is never use for any GPT programs. As my account is fully used to register all those GPT programs. It is just for a method of safety and to prevent scam and hacked.
